Hi, I stayed at Hotel Frank (386 Greary St) in December 2010 for three nights. On the first morning I woke up with two itchy welts on my wrist. On the second night of my stay I woke up in the middle of the night covered in bites. I still have these and have been terribly uncomfortable.

I'm from Brazil and we stayed at this hotel wich name is HOTEL FRANK (386 Geary Street San Francisco, CA 94102 415.986.2000) from october 30th to november 1st of 2010. We saw blood all over the sheet and we found lots of bed bugs. We had bites in our skin that caused itch and redness. It was a disgusting experience. The worst is the concern about spreading those bed bugs in our homes.
