I stayed there in February for business, what a nightmare! I returned home covered in bites. I had to pay $600 to have my apartment inspected to make sure I didn't bring them home with me. The Hotel refused even to refund the amount I paid to' stay at their hotel! They offered me 10% off!!! Seriously? They insisted on my releasing my medical records to them, as if just inspecting the room I stayed in wouldn't reveal the truth to the situation. Terrible service. I get that this occurs but at leas

I WAS BITTEN BY BED BUGS AT HOTEL NIKKO! HOTEL CONFIRMED AND HAS BEEN HORRIBLE IN DEALING WITH ME!! IT HAS CHANGED THE COARSE OF MY LIFE!!!

We woke up this am and our kids had bedbug bites on their necks---argh! Just goes to show that even nice hotels can have them.
