I apologize for the delay in responding but I actually just learned of this website. I did go back through our log and do show that Housekeeping called our Pest Control company out around that time period to investigate the claim. I sincerely apologize that you did not receive the proper follow up from our staff. Even though some time has passed, please rest assured that I will still take this opportunity to review this with our staff.

Saw a bedbug scurrying across the bathroom floor. Reported it to the front desk, who sent up housekeeping. Not sure what housekeeping was going to do about it... Never heard from a manager after reporting this incident.
