SMA on 09/29/2011

I stayed at this hotel Sept. 25 & 26, 2011 to attend a conference. My room (#2415) on the "Executive Level" was infested with bed bugs. I did not discover this until the morning of the 26th when I found three live bugs in the bed and several blood spots on the sheets from being bitten in the night. I immediately reported the situation to the front desk and was promptly and courteously moved to another room on the 23rd floor. No problems in that room.
