On the morning of Oct 18, 2009 in room #711 we found 3 bedbugs. This was confirmed by photos on the internet. The hotel staff confirmed that reports had been taken in the immediate past. We captured the 3 live bugs, placed them in a plastic bag and gave them to the staff member on duty that day. The hotel was reluctant to refund our money but ultimately did so. We have stayed at this hotel many times and were very disappointed that this incident occurred. But understanding the current epidemic w
