i just posted and forgot to add that this is such a serious problem there because so many residents are crack addicted and dont report the problem because they dont want to put the crack pipe down and deal with it. The whole building need to be treated, not one room at a time after its been going on way too long.there are multiple serious violations and a lot of corrupt management at the Hartland

I lived there for two years between 2005 and 2007 and the entire place was infested the whole time i was there along with many, many other serious violations.
