I lived at this place for 10 months between March 2008 and December 2008. It was _infested_ with bed bugs then, like I've never seen before. I even had a jar of bed bugs (to show people who visited as proof of their existence) at one point, and when the owner found about out it he nearly kicked me out. The ownership is now different (and seems to care more about cleaning it up), but it still has bed bugs. I have an apartment now in Lower Nob Hill and my friend who still lives at this "guest hous
