I stayed in Biltmore 1 week ago. It is very nice, clean with good employees place. I like Biltmore Hotel In San Francisco. I will recomend this place to my friends and some other turists.

There are incidences of bedbugs all over the hotel and in my room 304 even though I informed the manager last week about the problem, he has done nothing! The pest control has come to other rooms and he uses diluted bug spray. It does not get rid of the bugs. In fact, I have had to buy my own spray. The hotel takes no serious responsibility for the problem.
