arms neck chest and back covered in bites. Definately bed bug bites according to web pics and description. Clusters of 3 bites and in rows/lines. Stayed in rooms 532 and 533(connecting rooms). So disgusted as I have never had bed bug bites before. stayed 7/10/12 and 7/11/12

Noticed rashes forming a few days after checking in. Definite bed bugs bites were found after checking out. Did not see a bed bug at the hotel but the bites occurred during the stay.
Management was responsive to responding to the incident.

We rented two rooms for two nights at this hotel and didn't encounter a single bed bug. If they had them before, they definitely took care of the problem since. We would stay here again, without hesitation.

I just heard a guest from
a week-long technology conference had to change rooms because of bed bugs.

They have on site fumigation. So there should be no bed bugs at all. We were in the pool and there were a few couples saying the only reason they would stay there was because they are not afraid to spend the money to keep bed bugs out. They have a company on site at all times.

9-18-10: My first stayover trip in SD. I had barely gotten into the bed when I started itching like crazy. I pull the sheets down and count at least ten bug bites on my legs. It bothered me the whole weekend :( I went to sleep fully covered (arms, legs, and feet). I even wore my jeans to sleep because i brought capri pajamas for the trip. Not fun at all.
