My friend and I booked room 217 at the Ramada Limited. We went up to our room and first thing we did was check the matress. My friend lifted the corner and it was infested with bed bugs. We left immidiately and demanded a refund. I was very dissapointed as the front desk attendant didn't even apologize as I believe he already knew they were there. We are very dissapointed and will never visist a Ramada hotel again.
