November 11, 2011. Registrant from a conference we managed had a room that tested positive for bedbugs. The previous room occupant had mentioned it to the hotel so the hotel had the room checked. They immediately moved on it and notified our conference group to handle and upgraded and moved the attendee immediately. It was handled well but still a bummer!
