May 18, 2010 at Marriott Courtyard RM 127 in Riverside,CA.
I was bitten (severely) by bedbugs. At first wanted disclaim that this had happen within their hotel. Once I started my status with Marriott imagine this GM started playing attention to my concern. Still claim they did not have a problem; after investigating my concern. Imagine this they found BB according to the GM everything was handled.GM stated they handled the issue according to establish guidelines. I ask what might that be GM did
not want to get into details.
The problem they turn the rooms quickly without investigating before harm happens to their paying customers.
