Bed bugs in room 147. They also denied that they have ever had a problem with them.

I saw a live bed bug in room 205 on 4/15/11, management immediately denied it. I was moved to room 251, and thought it looked clean, but came home with scabies. Three days of cleaning and 60 dollars for a doctors visit. Plus a medicated treatment, and I am finally bug and rash free. This is the only place I have stayed in nearly half a year and I am absolutely sure this hotel is where I acquired it. I know hotels are prone to these problems, but when a customer is humiliated and shamed for

reporting an encounter, there is no excuse. Additionally, if both scabies and bed bugs are present I would assume there is an obvious lack of cleanliness here. I will never stay at this location ever again. They could have been apologetic and really investigated. Instead they closed the room up and to the best of my knowledge gave the room to some other poor unsuspecting guest.
