I wish I had known about this registry before I went to sleep here last night, and I will never stay anywhere again without checking here first!!

another night in the bed, didn't sleep much with the itchiness and worry of bugs. Woke up with a few more bites. Reported this to the management, at first manager was really helpful (oh no, did you see any bugs, almost like it wasn't that unusual) and offered us a room change. But then when we came back down to pick up the new room key she was alot less friendly and actually acted like it was a huge hassle to move us (which was infact quite a hassle for us, to pack all of our stuff up and lug it up to an upper level room- and worry that we'll be carrying bed bugs back to our home in our luggage). The new room was fine, but I am still itching like crazy and the welts look revolting and like they'll take quite awhile to heal. On checking out ended up recieving 1 night free out of 3 nights after complaining, but this took quite an effort (asked for full refund, don't think it's acceptable leaving my holiday with huge itchy welts everywhere). I also had a plane to catch that day so can't spend all day arguing with management about my stay, but not at all satisfied with how it was resolved.
