I checked in 5/7 at nearly 10 pm. I climbed into bed near 11:30to read my book and fall asleep. After lying there for thirty minutes reading, a bug crawled up to me. I flicked it. Then looked and saw several on the side of the mattress. Then I lifted the pillows and saw several more. I had the hotel change my rooms and check the new one for more bugs. The next day I requested that they clean all my things. I stayed there for three nights for work. At no time did the hotel management contact me t
