Following the bed bug claim of 1/31/2012 we immediately had the room inspected by a licensed, professional exterminator and they found absolutely no evidence whatsoever that the guest's room in question was, or has ever been, infested with bed bugs. After numerous attempts at contacting this website's administrator to have the previous comment removed without resolve, we have taken it upon ourselves to respond publically within this forum. Stayed in Room 1328 on 01/27/2012. Woke up the next morning with multiple bites to arms and a few on sides and right leg. Also small bite on forehead. Obvious case of bed bugs in this room.
