We stayed in this joke of a hotel in Aug and were horrified to see bed bugs in our room. My husband and I both felt itchy after the 1st night and after looking closer found blood spots and 5 or 6 bed bugs that had been feeding on us. We reported this incident to the front desk who didnt seem very concerned at all. We then asked to speak to the Front Desk manager, some dorky looking guy named Sean who was even less help and had no clue about how to deal with customers who have a valid complaint.
