This was now a Clarion Hotel, but address is identical. Checked in, first night awoke to bed bugs. Have video with them crawling on sheets. Changed hotels immediately. Staff totally acted nonchalant, offered to change our room, but no management contacted us. Have terrible itchy bites, now welts, and cost of cleaning clothes, throwing away suitcase, etc etc. Worrying about car, plus pets we came home to.
