I stayed at this hotel from February 24 until February 27 2014. First night I woke up but thought they were spider bites. Second night I for even more bites and researched the bites and found they were bed bugs. Room 313.

I stayed there for 4 nights. I didn't see any bedbugs or suffer any bites, although there were lots of carpet beetle larvae along the edge of the mattress.
However, it was clear that the housekeeping standards of this hotel are fairly low. I only got maid service once during the whole 4 night stay. Also, maintenance had to unclog my shower drain and they didn't rinse the tub afterwards; there was a layer of brown-black muck a few inches up the sides of the tub, that I h
ad to rinse off. So, it's dubious that they could deal with a bed bug infestation promptly.
Hotel Management in Denial of Bed Bug problem on 02/19/2012
I stayed at this hotel the evening of 1-31-12. I awoke the next morning to (5) bites on my face around my mouth and (3) on my lower arms. Upon check-out I showed the front desk clerk and he said I should take pictures. The manager was not yet in for the day.
Upon arriving to my office in Milpitas, on of my co-workers took pictures. When I flew back to Connecticut my pharmicist at CVS verified they were bed bug bites and recommended an anti-itch cream.
I phoned the manager of the property a
nd she had the nerve to say they are a clean hotel and it must have been an alergic reaction to their detergent!!
