The Nutel Motel (aka JJ Park Motel / Royal Park Motel) is a filthy fire trap rent controlled residence motel owned by New Hampshire Apartments Inc. Their corporate office is the Ramada Inn on Wilshire Blvd.

Late in 2012 they decided to remove contaminated mattresses from that location and pile them on the garage floor at 'Nutel' for vacancies and existing tenants who demanded 'new' mattresses as per complaints made to the health department. These mattresses were never reconditioned or approve

The building has 137 units and most of them have always been infested with bedbugs and roaches. The owners do the usual ineffective toxic spraying and 'gel' to cover their tracks, but only do a few apartments at a time and tell everyone else to wait - as that's their 'policy'.

They don't care about this or anything else. They flaunt the law, and don't do anything until they're forced to by the city. The place is disgusting, unsafe and a firetrap. Tenants suffer but the owners continue to ig

The new "so-called" owner is named Joe Ghim (Kim). Three new names for this Motel are being used now (one is New Hampshire Apartments, and you all know why! BEDBUGS CITY COVER-UP!

There are up to 75 rooms that have reported BEDBUGS problems in just 2012 alone. The city needs to just close this proven rat-nest down for good.

The LAPD wants the rat-nest closed down for good also, because of all the crime that happens there everyday.

Bed bugs oh yes , I was there from feb 2011 to oct 2011 my kids got bit so bad , the intire place stands like mold , and junkies run around the hall , most of the staff are on drugs , it's not a good place for any body..

This place does have bed bugs and, no, management won't help you. They may move you to another room, but do not expect any information about the infestation or any follow up or help.
Also, beware of staff. If they come into your room something will be missing when they leave, and they take no precautions from rorm to room when they do housekeeping, such as making sure sheets are folded in and put in a bag before they get in the hall, they toss the sheets on the cart so if there are any bugs on
