This place does have bed bugs and, no, management won't help you. They may move you to another room, but do not expect any information about the infestation or any follow up or help.
Also, beware of staff. If they come into your room something will be missing when they leave, and they take no precautions from rorm to room when they do housekeeping, such as making sure sheets are folded in and put in a bag before they get in the hall, they toss the sheets on the cart so if there are any bugs on

i have been living in this building since april and until as recently as october i started noticing red marks on my body plus i started itching alot i spoke with some tenants and they informed me that my problem was "Bedbugs" and the whole building is infested with them..It took 5months for the bugs to get to my room and since then i been dealing with physical problems due to this situation and the management and staff is rude or don't care about the tenants that live there because i have report
