Regarding the posting on the Sept. 13th stay. The managment team did return my call and reinbursed me for the stay.

FYI on 10/10/2011

I stayed on the third floor on September 13th, 2011. I encounter bits marks on my body after my stay. I called and reported the incident with no response from the Hotel management.
