The visit occurred in May, 2011. After checking in, I pulled the blanket and sheets off the mattress to inspect and found telltale signs of bed bugs. Bloodspots, feces, etc. I informed the staff and changed rooms. I conducted the same inspection in the new room and the infestation was worse than the first room. I checked out of the hotel and went to the Hyatt, where I had no problems.
