On Sept. 11, 2010 I checked my granddaughter in to room 318, she awoke the 12th with at least 38 bites counted, informed desk clerk Lucy who stated that there was nothing she could do and that I would have to discuss it with Mgr on Monday, could not give me the corporate or mgrs phone # and I checked out. Went to an urgent care facility that verified it was indeed bedbugs. Swollen up bite marks everywhere, went to a pharmacy and got some creme to relieve the itching burning and some other stuf
f to help contain the pain and anxiety. Called the Health dept and put in a complaint. Called on Monday to speak with the mgr who was not in and sent corporate office email which the mgr responded to on Tuesday and said he appologized and would give me another weekend stay free. My granddaughter is a dancer in Las Vegas and has not been able to return to work because of this issue and also now has some scarring occurring in some of the biten areas. We will never use this hotel again.
