Bed Bug Report for Tenaya Lodge, Fish Camp, CA

I arrived at Tenaya Lodge in Yosemite on June 20, 2011 and left on June 27 2011. We stayed on the second floor, I think it was in room 273 which faced the pool area and outside restaurant patios. I noticed as the days passed that was getting bites all over my arms and legs. When I got home I saw my doctor immediately because I scared the heck out of my wife seeing the dozens of bites. I must have had about 40 of them. My doctor sent me immediately to a specialist. When I got there the doctor cal

led the nurse with a tray of drugs. I got a shot, with prescriptions for a topical and a oral medicine. The doctor said that it was from bug bites.
My wife went on line and found all the complaints for bed bugs in Wawona and Tenaya lodge at Yosemite. We called a professional company to come in and spray. They sprayed but we still got bug bites for a couple of weeks more. The bugs spread to my sons room where the bites are getting worse on his arm. We have had them for 6 months as of today. (Monday Nov 14, 2011)
We cleaned the sheets several times a week, pulled the furniture out of the rooms and cleaned it several times more, and found 12 bed bugs in 2 rooms. The Pied Piper exterminator just left for the 4 time listening to my wife explaining that we found more in a second room.
She has been bit many times on her face which swelled up and her hand and arm. She refused to sleep in the master bedroom for a month. She found out that they lay eggs at 5 a day and after a month we have a full infestation in 2 rooms.
We are seriously considering obtaining an attorney.

Tenaya Lodge on 07/14/2009

We visited for eight days August 2008 and thought we had flea bites. Upon returning home the bites continued and finally discovered the problem. Tiny bedbugs that are very difficult to exterminate. A professional had to come in twice to get rid of them.
