My friend and I stayed here the night of Aug. 14, 2010, on the second floor (I don't remember the room number). We found a few old blood spots on the sheets and pillow cases, but thought they might've been stained in another room. During the night I felt an itch on my right hip. In the morning my friend found a tiny black speck on her sheets and when she squished it, it left a big blood stain. I squished a speck on my pillow case and it left blood on my fingers. We had separate beds, BTW. I repo
rted this to the manager. Later that morning and over the next 24 - 48 hours my friend developed several dozen itchy welts all over her face, neck, and arms. She said the itching was terrible. I got only two on my forehead and they didn't itch much. I reported this to Motel 6 and they gave us a full refund. Someone said we should have reported this to the health dept, but which one? State, or County?

While vacationing in Bishop California, My wife and I found bed bugs at the Motel 6 there!
The dates were May 8 and 9th. My wife had blood on her bed sheets and hemorrhage marks on her legs. I found live bugs in the bath room.
