JAL on 06/17/2011

A friend of mine stayed here 1 night (6/4/11) room 161 and received numerous bites on both legs. She contacted the Claremont a few days later and they denied that there are bedbugs at their hotel. I have just seen her legs and am horrified! I hope the Claremont has the good sense to inspect room 161 and taking the necessary action to eradicate the infestation.
