Stayed at this hotel in 2 separate rooms over 3 nights and came home with beg bug welts on both my ankles. Stayed August 20th-23rd, 2012. We vacation often and have even stayed in this hotel before and I've NEVER encountered bed bugs. The desk manager took my name and number and said he would tell his general manger but didn't offer any financial compensation. We will NOT be staying here again!

We stayed there Thursday night for one night and left for home. I noticed two spots on my right upper arm. When we got home my son said his neck was itching and we found several bites on his neck. I called the hotel and they denied having any problems. Said I should have reported it before we left. Their lack of concern is very disappointing.
