No concern about this room was ever brought to the hotel’s attention. Since learning of this concern via Bed Bug Registry, the hotel had the room inspected by a licensed, reputable pest control company whose services we retain for inspections and treatment (if warranted). The company performed a thorough inspection of the room and found no evidence of bed bug activity.

My husband stayed here on the 5th floor #552 March 15th and 16th. He came home today with bed bug bites!!! I am so upset!! He is not going to be allowed in the house with any of his clothes on or his suitcase. I think it is very disturbing and upsetting that the hotel is not taking care of this problem!!! What a pain!! Don't stay here if you can avoid it! Unfortunately he was on a business trip and had no choice. it looks like all of Anaheim has reports so be careful!!

Stayed there overnight on 9.18.2011, and when I got back home, I discovered 5 bites which appear to be from bedbugs. Luckily my husband and 2 year old were unaffected. I hope room 11307 gets checked out! I'm crossing my fingers, but I don't think I brought any of those little guys home.

Stayed here during D23. Woke up Saturday morning, took a shower, and when I got out of the shower I noticed a cluster of bites on my lower right back. I assumed there were 15 but when I actually counted, I discovered there were 20.
The staff washed all of my clothes that got anywhere near the bed and moved me to a room and gave me free breakfast vouchers, all of which I appreciated.
I did not appreciate them telling me they "did not find any bugs" as if that was supposed to mean I made it
up. I have 20 bites. That appeared in the night. I didn't make it up.
Everything was fine in the new room. No bites!

I just found this site. I stayed here in the summer of 2010. I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and saw a bedbug crawling on the sheets. GROSSED ME OUT! I thought about sleeping in my car, but didn't think that would be safe. So as tired as I was I eventually fell back to sleep. I reported it to the front desk in the morning when I checked out EARLY. They ONLY APOLOGIZED!
Unfortunately this situation will only continue to get worse all over this country because
hotels can't control it. Already Europe is infested and international travel has now infested our country.
I leave luggage in the garage, and bring laundry directly into the washing machine. DO YOUR PART TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF INFESTATION!

This is a report for a POSSIBILITY of bugs in room 14-134. I was not made aware of the importance of checking for bugs while I was staying there, so at the time I had nothing to report to the staff. But there is a chance I picked up a bug and brought it home from here since a week later I found a few in my LA apartment (quite far away). I believe there is a possibility one hitchhiked on my suitcase which was on the floor against the wall. The hotel was immaculate, but from what I understand, the
se guys can get anywhere that is highly trafficked, clean or not. I hope the Hilton can make sure there aren't little friends still hanging around in there.

The Hilton Anaheim will quickly and diligently respond to any reports of pest activity in our guest rooms. The posting of 10-29-10, concerning a stay 5 months earlier, was never reported to the hotel, nor have there been any reports or findings of bed bugs in this room since.
