We stayed in this hotel from 10/1/2011-10/9/2011 with my family (two adults two kids) on the 6th night we noticed some blackness on the kids queen beds mattress, my husband google searched Bed bugs and this looked like it, when he pulled the mattress apart he saw a bug. He called the front staff immedietly they came up and tried to cover it up, they offered to move us to another room on another floor but none of us could sleep that night at all.

Now that we are back home, we have officially

Saw a bug that looked like bed bug crawling on the bed on 10/12/11. Reported to the front desk immediately and left.
