Stayed in one bedroom with loft. My kids slept in the loft bedroom & woke up with red bumps on them. It was so severe on my son, that we took him to an emergency clinic. The doctor diagnosed the bites as bed bug bites and prescribed a topical steroid. We immediately informed the manager. He sent housekeeping over to check the beds. I pointed out "pepper" spots on the mattress. They were in complete denial and were very offended that we were suggesting they had bed bugs. They even went as far as

to tell us that the doctor had to of been wrong. This was an awful experience for our entire family & I would not wish it on anyone else. This occurred in March of 2011.
