On March 14,15 we were there for a wedding we stayed in room 223.We found a bed bug in my pillow case we killed the bug it was full of blood. We call the front desk four times before they came to our room. They sent the maid with a key to a room a crossed the hall.We asked if she wanted to see the bug and she didn't seem to care.So we moved. In the morning I had two bites on my finger that were very big and swollen they itched like no other bite that i have had before.I looked into bed bugs on lin

e and found the bug we killed was a bed bug. This hotel did nothing for us.For the money we paid it is run down poor management and infested with bed bugs.Do not stay here.I have stayed at many hotels in my life and have not had this happen to me.I'm scared to stay any were now.And was terrified that i would bring them home to my house.

Staying in a third floor room overlooking the pool courtyard, I received approximate 25 bedbug bites at this "hotel", which is really a repainted old motel. Front desk was unresponsive and I have filed a dispute with my bank to refuse the credit card billing. Overprice hotel with very bad hygiene - bathroom also had two dead roaches in the bathtub.

During a two night stay of June 15-16 my partner sustained 5-10 bites. They were bloody, painful, and took about one month to resolve.
The incident was reported to the Maricopa County Dept of Health. They confirmed that the hotel had treated the very room in which we stayed, #202, without reporting that to us! The hotel refunded our stay. The Health Dept followed up with the hotel.
