On Sunday, 6/19/11, our employees checked in to the Extended Stay Deluxe, Fairbanks, AK. Bedbugs were found and verified in two rooms. Our employees were told it was "just a beetle" by the manager. One of our employees took a bug in a baggy to a local pest control company for identification. The bug was identified as Cimex (???), a type of common bed bug.

Worst part is the hotel's management lied to us about the "beetle".

Best part was they refunded our money.
