July 8, 2011, guests arriving from a cruise were scheduled to stay in this hotel. Upon arrival, they saw bedbugs on the bed and reported to the manager. The manager stated they had just sprayed on July 1, 2011 and would respray the room. Guests insisted that they be transferred to another hotel immediately.
